Registrations to receive the Super League material has closed.  This is purely because you will not be able to receive the material in time to prepare adequately.

What is The Super League Holiday Club?

The Super League Holiday Club has been developed from the ground up by Eastside Community Church specifically for the South African context.  It is a mornings only (8am-1pm), 5 day programme, focused on children from Grade 0 - Grade 7.  It follows a soccer theme but not overtly so in order to include all children, even those who are not interested in the beautiful game.

The Holiday Club is Bible based and each day of Holiday Club follows a specific theme.  It presents the gospel in a way that children can understand and each activity, game, craft, song, drama and puppet show contributes to the specific theme of the day as well as the overall theme of the club.

The cost of this resource to churches is nothing.  We ask only that you use it to reach as many children as possible during the extended school holidays in 2010.  We ask that resource churches would partner with under-resourced churches in running holiday clubs in rural areas and further afield.

What is included in the package?

  • A complete and comprehensive manual on running a Holiday Club, complete with information on Registration, Security, Prayer, Leadership recruitment and development, Training, PR & Marketing, Finances, Networking and more

    • 6 songs (1 theme song and 5 other songs: 1 for each day of club)
    • A DVD with actions for each song will be provided

    • The Main Super League Daily Drama for the opening session of every day

    • A puppet show script for churches who are not able to do a production
